E-SIGNATURE SOFTWARE SOLUTION

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) is seeking a cloud-based e-signature software solution to apply Electronic Signatures as per the following functionalities:

Enables anyone inside or outside the organization to sign anytime from any device
Allows for one or more signatures to be applied against a single document
Allows for MBLL administrative staff to request signatures, facilitate, and maintain oversight and control over the overall signing process
Provides a summary document/signature audit trail along with the ability to extract detailed metadata/logs
Is secure, provides protection against tampering, forgery and guarantees non-repudiation
Complies with all relevant Canadian and Manitoba government regulations

This RFQ will result in a contract with one (1) Supplier for a three (3) year term.
The closing date for submission is February 17, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time.
The offer is to be submitted in English.
This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.
